Staff Appreciation Week

Our incredible Coyote staff runs on dedication, heart… and a little bit of caffeine!

During Staff Appreciation Week, we’re celebrating the amazing teachers and staff who support, inspire, and lead our pack every single day. Please see the attached flyer to see how they will be celebrated each day. Pay special attending to Chalk the Walk and Flower Day where you're kiddo can help!

Thursday we will be provided a coffee truck for staff. We’d love your help to fuel the pack by “buying a coffee” through a quick and easy donation.

Your contribution will help us treat our hardworking staff to coffee and goodies throughout the week—because even the strongest pack needs a little boost!

Thank you for helping our pack stay strong!

Our Color Run (Digital Flyer Here) is almost here! This is one of the most fun days of the year, with music pumping, colors flying, and lots of energy as students and families make their way through the course. It’s messy, it’s bright, and it’s guaranteed to bring plenty of smiles. Freezies will be waiting at the finish line for a cool treat!

We’re also turning it into an all-school dress-up day! Students are encouraged to wear their Color Run t-shirts or go all out in their brightest, boldest colors.

Ordered a Color Run Shirt? They will be delivered May 8th to classrooms--please give your teacher time to get them handed out.

We can’t wait to see everyone join in, get colorful, and have a blast!

Help Make the Color Run Happen!

We’re looking for volunteers to help with things like:

  • Event setup
  • Distributing t-shirts and freezies
  • Helping organize grade levels at the start line
  • Selling t-shirts and handing out sunglasses
  • Cleanup after the event

Whether you have 30 minutes or an hour to spare, every bit of help makes a difference and helps create a memorable day for our students.

👉 Sign up to volunteer here:

Volunteer Sign-Up Link

Volunteers will receive detailed instructions for their role the week of the event, and PTO leaders will be on-site to help guide everything.

One of the highlights for many students is spotting their parents and caregivers volunteering and cheering them on during the event. Thank you for helping make this colorful tradition possible!

Yearbooks Are Still Available

Did you know Carver has its very own yearbook? Thanks to two amazing parents who collect photos and stories all year long, we’re able to create a special memory book for our students. Kids absolutely love getting their yearbooks at the end of the year - it’s always a highlight!

Important Reminder:

  • Free shipping to the school has ended but you can still order and have your book delivered to your students home

👉 Order Here!

*TreeRing account required. If you do not have a TreeRing account, you will be prompted to create one.

Thanks to your support this fall, we’re able to provide meaningful resources directly to students and teachers. Coyote Donations in Action gives you a behind-the-scenes look at how those dollars are making a difference.
