Mrs. Hoyt’s 2nd grade
- New books chosen with the students' interest in mind- she wanted students to have books they were excited to read.
- Added labels and bins to organize the space, making it easier for students to find books they love and take pride in caring for them.
Mrs. Wright used her financial gift to bring even more hands-on math learning to her students.
- Whiteboard markers and notebooks to bring a more hands on approach to math learning.
Mrs. Huaman used her financial gift to support language development with her students in 1:1 and small-group settings. She purchased a Lakeshore Learning figurative language game to help students practice idioms, metaphors, and similes in a fun, engaging way.
